Fair understanding of Loan and Debt Market instruments – Term Loans, NCDs, Commercial Paper (Secured, Unsecured, Market linked Instruments), ECB, DA, PTC, etc. Responsible for Liasioning with Institutions including Public and Private sector Banks, NBFCs, Investors, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, etc. Fair Understanding of Legal Documentation and liasioning with Lender's legal counsel and in house legal department, Security Trustees, Rating Agencies and other intermediaries.
