Job Description Summary As a Project Sales Specialist, you will be instrumental in advancing the company’s market presence by identifying high-potential business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sector. Your role will center on driving revenue growth through strategic lead generation, cultivating long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and effectively positioning company products within major projects. You will be responsible for building and managing a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely conversions, and supporting project execution from initiation to closure. Success in this role demands a deep understanding of construction materials and processes, a proactive approach to market development, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across departments. This position is critical to expanding our footprint in institutional and large-scale project markets. Responsibilities Lead business development initiatives by identifying and pursuing new project opportunities in the construction and infrastructure space. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through effective promotion and sale of company products in project environments. Maintain a consistent and high-quality pipeline of projects, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions. Build and nurture strategic relationships with architects, consultants, project management consultants (PMCs), contractors, and builders. Deliver tailored product presentations, technical demonstrations, and solution-based discussions to meet client-specific needs. Monitor market dynamics, including competitor activity, pricing trends, and emerging industry developments. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to strengthen brand visibility and market engagement. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure on-site product support, compliance, and performance. Track progress on active projects, ensuring timely approvals, order closures, and client satisfaction. Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth delivery, execution support, and post-sale service. Requirements Requirements: In-depth knowledge of construction materials and construction chemical products. Proven experience in project or institutional sales within the building materials or construction chemicals industry. Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team environment. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an MBA (preferred). 3–8 years of relevant experience in project sales, construction chemicals, or building materials. Existing professional network with builders, contractors, consultants, and infrastructure clients is highly advantageous. Requirements Experience: Minimum 0.6 months experience as a Steel Fixer Age: No restrictions Ability to interpret engineering and architectural drawings Proficiency in using rebar cutters, benders, and grinders Knowledge of proper reinforcement placement techniques Collaboration skills with concrete workers
