Job Summary  

Our Client are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to define the technical aspects of our Learning Management System (LMS) project for iGaming Academy. The Solutions Architect will be responsible for the architectural design, ensuring that technical solutions are scalable, robust, and aligned with business requirements. The role involves working closely with the project manager to deliver high-quality products and eventually work on other projects. The Solutions Architect will also support and guide the development team. 


Key Responsibilities  

  • Architectural Design : Lead the architectural design and development of the LMS, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards. 
  • Technical Guidance : Provide technical guidance and support to the front-end and back-end development teams, ensuring best practices and technical standards are followed. 
  • Collaboration with Project Manager : Work alongside the project manager to define technical scope, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure technical feasibility and resource availability. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure their needs are met. 
  • Quality Assurance : Oversee the quality assurance process, including code reviews, testing, and validation to maintain high standards. 
  • System Integration : Ensure seamless integration of the LMS with existing systems and third-party services. 
  • Security and Compliance : Implement and enforce security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. 
  • Technical Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for the LMS and other projects. 


Required Skills and Qualifications  

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Experience : 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software architecture, design, and development. 
  • Proven experience in defining technical solutions for complex projects. 
  • Experience with LMS or similar systems is highly desirable. 
  • Technical Skills : 
  • Proficient in front-end technologies such as ReactJS. 
  • Strong knowledge of back-end technologies including Go (Golang), Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services. 
  • Experience with database management systems, both relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB). 
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. 
  • Knowledge of security standards and practices, including password hashing and data encryption. 
  • Experience with containerisation and container orchestration. 
  • Soft Skills : 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. 


Preferred Qualifications  

  • Certifications : Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar. 
  • Experience : Previous experience in the iGaming industry or with educational technology.
