Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Installation Manager located in Kolkata . The Installation Manager will oversee the installation of elevators, coordinate with technical teams, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain high safety and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling installations, managing installation crews, troubleshooting installation issues, and liaising with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in elevator installation and project management
  • Strong technical knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical, and Electronic Engineering
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in scheduling and project management software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Preferred from Elevator Industry only
