Your Role andResponsibilities Asa recruiter at TCP Corps you will be responsible for sourcingattracting and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of theorganization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers anddepartment heads to understand their staffing requirements anddevelop effective recruitment strategies to identify and engagequalifiedcandidates.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Partnerwith hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and definejob requirements and specifications.
  • Conductjob analysis to determine essential skills experience andqualifications for each position.
  • Develop andimplement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidatesthrough various channels such as job boards social media networkingand employee referrals.
  • Stay updated onindustry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuouslyimprove sourcing and hiringprocesses.
  • Proactively source candidatesthrough online job postings networking events job fairs andrecruitment agencies.
  • Review resumes screencandidates and conduct initial interviews to assess qualificationsand fit for the position.
  • Coordinate interviewsbetween candidates and hiring managers ensuring a smooth andefficient interview process.
  • Evaluatecandidates skills experience and cultural fit with the organizationand provide feedback to hiring managers.
  • Extendjob offers to successful candidates and negotiate terms andconditions of employment.
  • Provide necessaryinformation and support to new hires to facilitate theirintegration into the organization.
  • Maintainaccurate and uptodate records of candidate information recruitmentactivities and hiring metrics using applicant trackingsystems

RequiredTechnical and ProfessionalExpertise
  • Provenexperience as a recruiter or in a similar role preferably in ITsector
  • Strong understanding of recruitmentprocesses and best practices.
  • Provencommunication and interpersonal skills.
  • Abilityto effectively manage multiple priorities anddeadlines.
  • Good understanding of the industryor sector in which they are recruiting including trends marketconditions and competitor analysis.
  • Effectivelytargeting candidates and providing valuable insights to hiringmanagers.

  • Maintaininga strong professional network is essential for recruiters to tapinto talent pools gain referrals and stay updated on industrytrends.
  • Adapt to new situations embrace changeand stay agile in their approach are better equipped to succeed intherole.
