Full job description

· Prepares methods of payments and to settle the bills/credits.

· Secures assignments of benefits in cases where patient carries insurance.

· Responsible to counsel the patients with issues pertaining to administrative procedure.

· Coordinates with the corporate and insurance companies for admissions and approval.

· Organizes system for collection of aCustomer Care Officer unts that are not paid in full at time of discharge or as promised.

· Settles any disputes with patients at the time of billing.

· Supervises mailing of follow up letters when statements fail to bring response.

· Initiates and answers patient's correspondence.

· Prepare reports showing numbers and amounts of collection, delinquent aCustomer Care Officer unts and related matters.

· Responsible to raise payable report, list out outstanding cases and follow up payment.

Preparing and checking of bills in terms of their accuracy and make sure the

· To arrange PCA to drop patients to room/ ward/OPD

· To answer queries and provide information to visitors & patient coming at the counter or on telephone, determine their needs and guide them a Customer Care Officer rdingly
