More than 7,000 SBMers worldwide are committed to sharing their experience to deliver safe, sustainable and affordable energy from the oceans for generations to come. Together, we are driving progress forward in a#OGJSJob description:As the Structural Designer, you need to work closely with Engineers and other Designers to accurately interpret the engineering design and ensure the design is accurately captured in the 2D/3D design software. You are responsible for ensuring the design produces fit for purpose results in a constructible and organized drawing. As the Structural Designer, you need to ensure application of best practices into design work .Responsibilities:Producing technical drawings in support of engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction activitiesDevelop 3D model and produce deliverables of concept / FEED/ design/ fabrication/ installation in accordance with contract requirementsProduce/Extract 2D Drawings with adequate dimensions necessary to assist the Engineering disciplines and Fabrication/Construction personnelPerform discipline interface checks, identify conflicts, and take corrective action in coordination with other engineering discipline inputsPrepare material take off (MTO), review vendor drawings, ensuring vendor specifications are in full compliance with contract requirementsProvide clarification and technical support during construction phase of the project.Exposure to EPC environmentsKnowledge in detailed Engineering projects is mandatoryJob requirements:Academic:

Bachelor of Technology/Diploma – Civil/StructuresExp:

5- 10 years relevant experience in the offshore Oil & Gas industry with specific experience on Detail Engineering of Structural Analysis for Offshore Oil and Gas facilities – Wellhead platforms, Fixed Process Platforms, FPSO topsides modules & Turret Mooring System.SW or tools:

E3D+E3D DRAFT / PDMS+PDMS DRAFT /AutoCAD/NavisworksBehaviours &inter-personal skills - Key points:Team spirit and good communication skillsAutonomous and able to think out of the boxStrong analytical skillsCurious and motivated to propose and/or explore new ideas
