Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Architect with expertise in both Azure and AWS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions across both Azure and AWS platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, services, security practices, networking, and best practices to support our company's growth and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and Architecture:

Develop and design cloud-based solutions to meet business requirements on both Azure and AWS.

Create and maintain architecture documentation and solution blueprints.

Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.


  • Implementation:

Lead the implementation of cloud solutions, including migrations, integrations, and deployments across Azure and AWS.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Automate deployment and management processes using Jenkins and other CI/CD tools.

  • Management and Optimization:

Monitor and manage Azure and AWS environments, ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency.

Conduct regular assessments and audits of existing infrastructure and recommend improvements.


  • Security:

Implement and maintain security best practices, including identity and access management, network security, and data protection.

Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations like FedRAMP, HIPAA, ISO 27001 and SOC2

Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.

Develop and enforce security policies and procedures for Azure environments.

Stay updated with the latest security threats and ensure proactive measures are in place.


  • Networking:

Design, implement, and manage networking solutions, including Virtual Networks, Subnets, DNS, and integration with Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).

Ensure network security and manage firewalls, VPNs, and network routing.

Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues in cloud environments.


  • Collaboration and Support:

Work closely with development, operations, and business teams to align Azure solutions with business goals.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure infrastructure and services.


Must have Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in cloud operations, DevOps in Azure and AWS environment
  • Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or similar role with expertise in either Azure or AWS.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud services, including Compute, Storage, Networking, and Security on both platforms.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, ARM templates, Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
  • Experience with Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
  • Solid experience with networking technologies and protocols, including Virtual Networks, Subnets, DNS, and integration with Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Azure and AWS certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
