Company Description:StopNot is a Full-Service Market Research company who offers Online & Offline Data CollectionServices helping our clients listen to their customers, markets and employees and analyze data to get faster actionable insights to drive business growth.Responsibilities:Program surveys using Decipher or Confirmit platforms, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and adherence to project requirements.Develop and implement advanced survey features, including but not limited to conjoint analysis and maxdiff.Write Java scripts, CSS, and HTML snippets to customize survey layouts and enhance user experience.Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues to ensure smooth survey deployment.Conduct quality assurance testing to identify and address any errors or discrepancies.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in survey programming and market research methodologies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.4-6 years of experience in survey programming, preferably using Decipher or Confirmit platforms.Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, CSS and HTML.Hands-on experience with advanced survey techniques, including conjoint analysis and maxdiff.Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Flexibility to work in shifts as needed to accommodate project requirements.How to Apply:If you meet the above qualifications and are interested in joining our team as a Survey Programmer, please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience and qualifications to We look forward to hearing from you
