JD

1 ) Sourcing & Vendor Management - Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers based on technical capabilities, compliance, cost, and reliability.

2 ) Technical & Specification Compliance - Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and BOMs to identify procurement needs.

3 ) Cost Management & Negotiation - Request and evaluate quotations; negotiate contracts and prices with vendors.

4 ) Purchase Order Management - Generate and manage purchase orders in ERP systems

5 ) Quality Assurance & Compliance - Work with QA departments to ensure received materials meet quality DGQA standards.

6 ) Risk Management & Inventory Coordination - Coordinate with stores and inventory departments to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid production delays.
