The engineer will be working across multiple solutions, for all the stakeholders and clients we support. As an edge development team, we create custom solutions that help deliver innovation at scale for CommunityWorks and Ambulatory clients. We also support creation of solutions that temporarily fill functional gaps, and support creation of reporting and extracts that enables integration with third party vendors. As a Software Developer, they will be responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, testing, and implementing software solutions. They will collaborate closely with engineers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.Career Level - IC3Responsibilities:Builds major new features in existing systems. Improves their team in some subset of engineering practices, ops practices, development process, ownership, mentoring. May occasionally collaborate across team Collaborate with other engineers, testers, and other stakeholders to write high-quality code and deliver it to clients in a timely manner.Writes correct, secure, maintainable, robust code and appropriate tests. Drives design of their features & subsystems. Drives operational readiness & excellence of their features & subsystems. Collaborates on planning and identifying and mitigating risks in their systems and services across their director’s org. Drives design of features and subsystems across their director’s org. Work with product owners and product managers to understand client expectations on different projects.Works independently on most projects.
