We are hiring Infra Engineers (L1.5) responsible for managing incidents and service requests, ensuring SLA adherence, and supporting both datacenter and cloud (AWS/Azure) environments. The role acts as a bridge between L1 and L2 support to maintain operational continuity and reduce escalations.Key Responsibilities:Monitor dashboards, alerts, and mailboxes; manage incidents and service requests.Perform system health checks, manage backups, and disk utilization.Improve knowledge base (KB) usage and contribute to SOP/process enhancements.Support AWS/Azure Cloud (IaaS), Windows Server Administration, Networking, Storage, and AD management.Identify automation opportunities and collaborate across teams.Work on ITSM ticketing tools and ensure strong documentation.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.1.5–2.5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Cloud Operations.Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration and basic AWS/Azure Cloud.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and process adherencePreferred: AWS/Azure Foundation Certification.
