Summary:As a Senior DBA & Data Engineer in the GTM Analytics team, you will be responsible for architecting and maintaining robust data infrastructure that powers insights across marketing, sales, and industry verticals. You will design scalable data pipelines, ensure data integrity and security, and support advanced analytics initiatives. This role demands deep technical expertise in Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric, along with strong collaboration skills to support cross-functional stakeholders.Responsibilities:Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Logic AppsIntegrate data sources such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics into enterprise platformsOptimize Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric environments for performance and cost-efficiencyDevelop and maintain ETL/ELT processes for structured and unstructured dataEnsure data quality, consistency, and compliance across platformsImplement robust data security protocols, access controls, and backup strategiesMonitor and tune database performance, indexing, and storage utilizationSupport Power BI developers with optimized data models and DAX-ready datasetsEnable advanced reporting and analytics through well-structured data warehousesCollaborate with analytics teams to deliver insights on GTM performance metricsFacilitate seamless data exchange between CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics 365), marketing automation tools, and analytics platformsMaintain documentation for data lineage, schema evolution, and audit trailsAutomate routine DBA tasks and data workflows to improve operational efficiencySupport AI-driven analytics initiatives including lead scoring and predictive modelingPartner with internal teams to understand data needs and translate them into scalable solutionsProvide technical guidance and support to analytics and business teamsStay current with emerging database technologies and cloud innovationsContribute to the evolution of GTM analytics infrastructure and best practicesSkills:Proficiency in Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, Logic Apps)Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Microsoft FabricStrong SQL skills; familiarity with Python or R for data manipulationExperience with Power BI data modeling and performance optimizationKnowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics 365)Understanding of GTM strategies and data-driven decision-makingAbility to align database solutions with business goalStrong problem-solving and analytical mindsetExcellent communication and documentation skillsAbility to work independently and in cross-functional teamsPreferred certifications:Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer AssociateSnowflake or Power BI certifications are a plusEducation / Professional Experience/ QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree with minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience with data analytics, business intelligence, or marketing analytics (preferably in professional services or B2B environments).Interested candidates can share their CVs to
