The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, particularly in Salesforce Omnistudio (formerly known as Vlocity), and hold a PD II (Platform Developer II) Certification. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and enhance public services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Omnistudio.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Implement complex data models, business logic, and UI using Salesforce Omnistudio tools such as OmniScript, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures.
  • Ensure high-quality code by performing thorough testing, debugging, and documentation of solutions.
  • Optimize and improve existing Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and Omnistudio developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Omnistudio (Vlocity).
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD II) Certification is required.
  • Proven experience with Omnistudio tools such as OmniScript, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and SOQL.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration of Salesforce with external systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
