BIM Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:-


  • Maintain excellent coordination with ongoing on-site project personnel and internal teams.
  • Regularly communicate and relay information to the modeling team.
  • Gather structural pre-tension and post-tension parameters from the site and provide them to the modeling team.
  • Produce reports at each project milestone.
  • Provide monthly progress updates to all departments.
  • Facilitate coordination in the execution of BIM Model 4D and 5D.


Requirements:-


  • Bachelor's degree, preferably a B. Tech/B.E/Mtech.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in either architectural, structural, or MEP, For the current project, it would be better for candidates from a structural background.
  • Great understanding of the BIM international standards and, BIM documentation
  • Have Worked on any international projects.
  • Good proficiency in BIM software like Revit, Navisworks, BIM collaborative
  • Good communication, reporting, and documentation skills
  • Valid Passport with 6 months expiry date
