Solumina Functional Consultant

Shift Timings: 8:00 AM IST to 11:00 PM IST (rotating 2 shifts)Job Responsibilities:Work on incidents and service requests related to MES systemGuide and train technical team on manufacturing processesPerform configuration of MES applicationTroubleshoot application issues and integration along with technical team. Work with vendor for product issue and resolutionPerform testing and simulation of issues for application changes and upgradesPrepare weekly and monthly status reportsAssume responsibility for deliverables assigned and provide regular status to lead and customerEnsure all services meet client specifications and standardsQualifications:3-5 years of experience as manufacturing functional consultant in Infor ERP LN system (Logistics - Manufacturing and Quality modules)Experience in large scale discrete manufacturing processesGood understanding of production master data (BOM/Routing/Work Center)Good understanding of Work Order processing/Discrepancy processing/NCM/CAPA/ToolingBasis understanding of SQL and scriptingUnderstanding of PLM systems and integrations with ERP and MES systemsExposure to MES systems (nice to have)
