The consultant will handle model development, optimization, and knowledge transfer.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesEngage with our product and engineering team to understand the predictive analytics metrics we are looking to create.Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models within Databricks to achieve the desired outcomes.Utilize Databricks MLflow for model tracking, registration, and management.Optimize machine learning workflows and troubleshoot any issues that arise during model development and deployment.Document the processes, methodologies, and best practices used to achieve the project objectives.Provide knowledge transfer to our team, ensuring they understand the implemented solutions and how to maintain them.

Skills and QualificationsProven experience in machine learning specifically within the Databricks environment, including significant experience with Databricks MLflow.Strong expertise in running machine learning workflows on Databricks clusters, including model registration and accessibility.Proficiency in Python or R for machine learning and data analysis.In-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including predictive analytics.Effective problem-solving skills and ability to deliver within strict timelines.Availability to work in EST time zone.Ability to start immediately and complete the project efficiently.
