With a focus on advanced software development and digital transformation, Tecxed aims to revolutionize the way companies operate and serve their customers.OverviewThe Coupa SAP S/4HANA Integration Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting integrations between Coupa Business Spend Management (BSM) platform and SAP S/4HANA ERP. This role ensures smooth data exchange across Procurement, Accounts Payable, Supplier Management, and invoicing, enabling seamless Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.Key Responsibilities:Functional ExpertiseSupport end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) process integration:Supplier onboardingRequisition → POGoods receipt / Service entryInvoice processingPayments and accounting post-processingDeep understanding of SAP MM, FI, and Procurement processes in S/4HANA.Implementation & SupportLead integration testing: SIT, UAT, regression testing.Troubleshoot integration failures, data sync issues, and workflow exceptions.Support cutover, go-live, and hyper-care activities.Prepare user documentation and provide knowledge transfer.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with Coupa functional consultants, SAP MM/FI/Ariba teams, and middleware architects.Coordinate with business stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, and IT.Ensure integration aligns with best practices, security, and compliance standards.Integration Design & DeliverySupport the technical consultant team members for the below itemsDesign, configure, and implement integrations between Coupa and SAP S/4HANA using:Coupa APIs, and other toolsSAP APIs and other toolsMiddleware using SAP CPIMap Coupa data structures to SAP S/4HANA objects (vendors, POs, GRs, invoices, chart of accounts, cost centres, materials, etc.).Define integration architecture, error-handling processes, and technical specifications.Soft SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder management.Ability to work in agile/global teams.Good problem-solving and analytical skills.Preferred Qualifications10–12 years of total experience, with a minimum of 2–3 Coupa projects.Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.Coupa Level 1/Level 2 certification (preferred).Experience in multi-country rollouts and global procurement processes.
