Yellow - Centre for Children, Youth, and Families is a well-being centre located in Mumbai. Our boutique clinic offers a range of evaluation and therapy services for individuals of all ages. With a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, therapists, and child development specialists, we provide individualized support along the prevention-intervention continuum. Our services include psychoeducational evaluation, psychiatric consultation, counselling/therapy, parent coaching, school consultation, occupational therapy, and remedial/special education.
About the Internship
Start Date: Immediately
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹5,000 /month (provided after the training period)
Location: Worli, Mumbai, India
Role Description
The Psychological Assessment Intern is responsible for assisting in the administration, scoring, and interpretation of various psychological tests and assessments. This role involves supporting the team by scoring the protocols, preparing detailed assessment reports, participating in case discussions, and managing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Learning the fundamentals of administering various psychological tests and assessments. Understand the protocols and ethical considerations involved in the process. Assist in the administration of a variety of psychological tests and assessments under the supervision of licensed psychologists. Ensure all assessments are conducted following established protocols and ethical guidelines.- Master the techniques of accurately scoring different types of assessments. Gain insights into the nuances of different scoring systems and their applications. Scoring and interpreting assessment results accurately.- Drafting detailed and professional assessment reports.- Participate in case discussions and team meetings.- Assist with administrative tasks.
Requirements
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a master's degree in Clinical or Applied psychology.
2. Strong interest in psychological testing and assessment.
