Role Overview

We're looking for a creative Visual Designer to design marketing materials, blog visuals, and digital content that effectively communicates our brand story. This role is part-time and remote, ideal for someone who loves creating engaging graphics and visual assets for diverse marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design visually appealing assets for blogs, social media, newsletters, and campaigns.
  • Create banners, posters, infographics, and illustrations for marketing purposes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute ideas.
  • Maintain consistency with Classess's brand guidelines and visual identity.
  • Produce templates and reusable assets to streamline content creation.
  • Suggest creative ways to enhance user engagement through visuals.

Who We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or digital marketing visuals.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing marketing graphics, social media content, or editorial visuals.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar.
  • Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and understanding of typography/layout.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects remotely.
  • Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
