We are seeking a Senior Oracle EPM TRCS Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle EPM Cloud with a focus on Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS). The role involves collaborating with Finance, Tax, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that streamline tax reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle TRCS: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post go-live support.
  • Work with tax and finance teams to build consolidated tax provision and reporting models.
  • Configure and manage TRCS dimensions, rules, task lists, dashboards, data integration, and security.
  • Integrate TRCS with FCCS, ARCS, Planning, and ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, SAP).
  • Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for business users.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation (design specs, test scripts, user manuals).
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and apply patches/updates.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support teams.
  • Stay updated on Oracle EPM Cloud releases and TRCS features.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud experience (minimum 4 years in TRCS).
  • Strong knowledge of tax provisioning, income tax reporting, and global tax requirements.
  • Proficiency in business rules, calculations, and automation scripts.
  • Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
  • Proven record of leading client workshops and managing project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA, CMA, or equivalent finance/tax certifications.
  • Oracle EPM Cloud certifications (TRCS, EPM Enterprise).
  • Knowledge of FCCS / Planning Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Agile, JIRA, Smartsheet.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent documentation & organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced consulting environments.
