Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Design :

- Lead the design and development of IoT and PLM solutions using Oracle Agile PLM.

- Develop and implement scalable, reusable, and robust solution frameworks.

- Ensure that architecture and design comply with industry standards and best practices.

Agile PLM Development :

- Provide expertise in Agile PLM configuration and administration, with a strong focus on Oracle Agile PLM core modules, especially the Product Collaboration (PC) module.

- Utilize Agile SDK to design and develop custom solutions within the Agile PLM environment.

- Lead the installation and integration of Agile PLM architecture, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Technical Leadership :

- Guide the development team in implementing best practices for Agile PLM development and IoT integrations.

- Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and provide mentorship to junior developers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and QA, to deliver high-quality solutions.

Integration & Data Migration :

- Lead the integration of IoT systems with Agile PLM, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.

- Oversee data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity of migrated data.

- Utilize integration and data migration tools to facilitate efficient and error-free data transitions.

Platform & Tools Management :

- Manage and maintain environments such as Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2, Oracle Application Server 12g, Oracle Database 11g R2, and Oracle Java SE 7.

- Ensure that all platforms are optimized for performance, security, and scalability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the PLM platform and associated tools.

Must-Have Skills :

Agile PLM Expertise :

- In-depth knowledge of Agile PLM architecture, configuration, and administration.

- Strong development experience using Agile SDK.

- Experience with Oracle Agile PLM core modules, particularly the Product Collaboration (PC) module.

Java Development :

- Strong proficiency in Core Java and advanced Java.

- Ability to design and develop complex Java-based solutions within the PLM environment.

Platform Experience :

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2, Oracle Application Server 12g, Oracle Database 11g R2, and Oracle Java SE 7.

- Experience in managing and optimizing these platforms for PLM applications.

Integration & Data Migration :

- Knowledge of integration tools and data migration processes.

- Ability to lead data migration initiatives within the Agile PLM environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with IoT integrations in the context of PLM systems.

- Familiarity with other Oracle products and technologies.

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
