Job Title: nCino Developer Location: Pan India Experience: 5+ yrs Job Type : Contract to hire Notice Period:- Immediate joiner Mandatory Skills Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement robust nCino applications to enhance business operations and the user experience. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver innovative solutions aligned to business needs. Customize and configure nCino functionality, including data modeling, user interface design, and workflow automation. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high performance, security, and reliability. Provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements for existing nCino and Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with evolving internal processes and industry standards. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, nCino development best practices, and Salesforce features to continuously improve our platforms. Provide training and support to end-users to promote effective utilization and adoption of nCino and Salesforce applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and UI/UX designers, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. Must-Have Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in nCino development and customization. Strong proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and SOQL. Deep understanding of nCino’s capabilities and functionalities within the banking domain. Experience with integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and data migration tools. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or nCino certifications. Experience in financial services or banking technology projects. Experience mentoring junior developers or leading technical teams.
