Job Tittle – Team Leader (APS) – Digital Automation Platform

The Purpose of your role

Fidelity’s Advanced Process Solutions (APS) business unit is looking for a team leader to help build technology solutions that are critical to the strategic digitation efforts of the firm. The ideal candidate will have solid understanding of Product & people management, Agile, Cloud and Enterprise software development. This role will play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining the Digital Automation Platform (DAP) using mature development strategies and ensuring the platform follows industry best practices around security, availability, resilience, and scalability.

How will your work impact the Organization

As part of the Advanced Process Solutions division within Fidelity Investments, you will join a team of motivated & talented individuals tasked with building and maintaining components within the DAP ecosystem. This includes resolving platform technical needs, working with product owners and architects to determine the best technology choices and strategies to ensure success, and implementing solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.

The Expertise we are looking for

Strong product discovery, prioritization and product management skills Experience working in a product development agile team with at least 2+ yrs. as a lead Built high scale and highly usable products and platforms Bachelor or Masters Degree in Computer science, MBA or equivalent

Product Strategy and priortization techniques Self-starter who is focused on customer problems Proven ability to prioritize delivery with iterative releases Strong understanding of software development lifecycle Strong understanding of Cloud and experience with developing & deploying applications in AWS Ability to understand Java Enterprise Application architecture and have a meaningful conversation with architects Strong understanding of Restful APIs, source code management, CI/CD, SONAR, database You have experience building technical products that ship Beyond just shipping new products, you help with continuous product and process improvement

Lead the product vision, execution, roadmap and business metrics Conduct market research to identify innovations, broader business and technology trends and assumptions that may affect product and business strategy Participate in identifying and building technologies, practices, and tools needed to build the platform Collaborate with diverse groups within the organization, implement the best engineering practices, and promote those across other APS products Conduct demos, participate in technical reviews and deliver engineering excellence

Shift timings : 11:00 am – 8:00pm IST
