Role: AD ASM Developer Location: ChennaiWork Mode: OnsiteExperience: 3-5 yearsOverviewThe ADM-Developer role is a key position within the AD & ASM department. The role will report to the ADM-Analyst and can be based at any Prodapt location across the globe. The overall purpose of the position is to comprehend business requirement and system specifications, perform impact analysis, and document insights, understand design documents to conceptualize the coding approach, develop code while adhering to coding standards, and demonstrate the ability to work on required development environment (IDE, tool or framework). The candidate will also be responsible for understanding code source control management and comprehending and assessing the utility and impact of one's role on the organization and the customers.Responsibilities:Comprehend business requirement and system specificationsPerform Impact Analysis and document the insightsComprehend the data model and the project solutionUnderstand design documents to conceptualize the coding approachEnsure adherence to coding standardsDevelop code in conformance to the requirement while maintaining the right logic and flowDemonstrate the ability to work on required development environment (IDE, tool or framework)Understand code source control management (check-in, check-out, resolve merge conflicts)Comprehend and assess the utility and impact of one's role on the organization and the customers and act accordingly.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Telecom and Computer Science and related fields.MSc/Masters with specialization in Telecom/IT/Computer Science (desired)Work experience of 3-5 years in Application DevelopmentAdaptability and experience working in multi-channel delivery projectsStrong technical knowledge in AD & ASM, systems, and databases, with proficiency in C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Angular, Backbone, jQuery, React, Node, MVC, PHP, PYTHON, Dot Net Core, ADO.Net, SQL, WebAPI, WCF, Azure Devops, Junit and MSMQ.
