Perform the plant modelling, model-based design (MBD) and testing (HiL/MiL) of the EV battery Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during testing and/or during production. Benchmarking competitor EV battery packs (stacks) and other electrical/electronic EV components and interacting with the Hardware design team to optimize the design. End to end testing of the battery system in sync with the electronics and record the data for further optimization and modification. Logic development and selection of auxiliaries required for the battery system. Design and fabricate test equipment for the required mechanical, thermal, and electrical systems, Ensure test results are documented in a clear, concise, and timely manner. Soft skills:Should be agile, energetic and self-driven individual with the zeal to take up challenging projects and drive them to completion.Should display leadership skills and take ownership of work in a fast-paced environmentShould be able to collaborate and assimilate ideas, plan projects and execute them in a timeline.
