Role Description

We are Hiring
IIM Graduates or Current IIM/FMS
Candidates for a
Freelancing opportunity
which is a on-site role for a
MOCK PI Trainer (IIM)
located in New Delhi. The MOCK PI Trainer will be
responsible for preparing and conducting mock personal interviews for students aspiring to join IIM
s. Daily tasks include creating interview simulations, providing feedback, tailoring coaching approaches to individual student needs, and staying updated with interview trends and techniques. Additionally, the trainer will support the development of interview strategies and materials to enhance students' chances of success.

Qualifications and Opportunity Details

  • Experience in
    conducting mock interviews
    and providing constructive feedback
  • Strong understanding of
    IIM interview processes and criteria
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to customize coaching approaches based on individual student needs
  • Proven track record of helping students achieve their interview goals
  • Ability to
    work on-site in New Delhi
  • Only
    IIM Graduates or Current IIM/FMS Students
    will be considered.
  • This Freelancing opportunity is for the
    initial duration of 2-3 days
