Job Title: Senior Software Developer – (.NET Core and React)

Location: Pan India (Onsite)

Type: Full-time

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer responsible for the design, development, and technical support of Meetings & Events applications. In this role, you will work with a diverse team of internal and external developers, SaaS engineers, project managers, product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications that meet the organization's needs. This position involves hands-on development, technical guidance, and oversight of development activities to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Meetings & Events applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and deliver business-aligned solutions.
  • Participate in hands-on coding using .NET Core , React , JavaScript , and SQL . Develop scalable APIs, including GraphQL and RESTful APIs , for integration with SaaS applications like Cvent and Monday.com. Ensure the delivered solutions' technical quality, performance optimization, and scalability.
  • Provide technical oversight, mentoring, and guidance to the development team.
  • Conduct code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application performance, scalability, and security issues.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and make recommendations for improvements to existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of strong development experience with .NET Core , React , JavaScript , and SQL .Proven experience in API development using .NET Core and GraphQL APIs .Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Experience working with SaaS applications and their APIs (e.g., Cvent , Monday.com ).Ability to optimize performance and build scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills: Exposure to Python for data analysis or automation.

Experience with additional cloud-based or enterprise SaaS applications.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
