Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in student counselling and a passion for helping students achieve their academic aspirations.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive counselling to students regarding study options, admission requirements, and career pathways.Guide students in selecting suitable courses and universities based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.Lead and mentor the counselling team, providing guidance and support as needed.Organise regular training sessions for the counselling team to enhance their skills and knowledge.Follow up with the counselling team to ensure targets are met and provide necessary support to achieve goals.Assist students with application processes, including documentation, admission essays, and visa applications.Conduct informative sessions and workshops to educate students about study abroad opportunities.Maintain updated knowledge of international education trends, admission policies, and visa regulations.Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and representatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher.Minimum of 5 years of experience in student counselling, preferably in the education consultancy sector.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of study abroad destinations, universities and programs (specially UK).Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
