Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Fashion Designer (Women’s Wear) with a strong creative vision and exceptional client-handling skills. The role involves designing for both corporate and individual clients, ensuring high-quality bespoke outcomes, and collaborating with internal teams for seamless execution. Key Responsibilities Create innovative, trend-forward bespoke designs tailored for both B2B & B2C clients. Interact directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver design solutions. Collaborate with production, inventory, and quality teams to ensure execution aligns with designs. Oversee fittings and ensure the final garment reflects luxury standards and meets client expectations. Stay updated on fashion trends, fabrics, embellishments, and construction techniques to keep collections relevant. Contribute creative inputs that support brand growth, with potential to lead design initiatives in the future. Requirements 6–7+ years of proven experience in fashion design (luxury / bespoke women’s wear preferred ). Strong knowledge of fabric selection, detailing, garment construction, and finishing. Excellent communication and client-handling skills . Ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness . A strong portfolio showcasing bespoke and high-end women’s wear design work.
