Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Engineer, based in Vapi. The Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and users. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving issues related to software and hardware, providing timely and effective solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. They will also be tasked with maintaining and updating technical documentation, collaborating with other teams to resolve issues, and providing feedback to improve product performance. Qualifications Technical Support and Troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of Software and Hardware systemsProficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issuesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain and update technical documentationExperience in collaboration and feedback provisionBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldExperience in the mobile technology industry is a plus
