Specific ResponsibilitiesAnalyze key US indirect tax issues, including sourcing and income characterizationReview of existing sales and use tax compliance process, and, together with the Sr. Tax Manager, develop recommendations to efficiently manage complianceReview sales and use tax compliance workpapers prepared by the Accounting teamPreparation of sales and use tax compliance and / or manage outside compliance service providersReview US and global contracts and make recommendations re: appropriate indirect tax treatment, including sourcing and income characterizationAssist in identifying information required for quarterly and annual tax provision, and working with outside service provider and the Sr. Tax Manager in preparing the provision and related documentationInterface with Corp Finance to reflect Tax results in various modeling exercises.Work with Legal, Finance, and other groups to assist with business expansion both in the US and globallyQualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field, or work experience in US tax; CA is preferred4-8 Years of progressively responsible Tax rolesHighly analytical with the ability to express tax analysis and outcomes verbally, quantitatively and in writingConscientious about timeliness of assignments and quality of work productWilling to learn new areas and develop new skillsAbility to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivatedAble to prioritize workload, work as part of a team, as well as independentlyA multi-tasker with the ability to accurately work in a fast paced, rapidly growing environmentArticulate, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
