About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Symfony PHP framework, , Kubernetes, and Doctrine to develop and maintain high-performance, scalable applications. You will be working on core product modules, integrations, and new feature development while ensuring high code quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Symfony PHP framework.
  • Build and maintain dynamic, responsive, and high-performing frontend applications using
  • Deploy, manage, and monitor applications in a Kubernetes environment.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance for both backend and frontend components.
  • Implement secure coding practices and ensure application security.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Symfony PHP framework (v4/v5 or later).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in PHP and Symfony
  • Strong proficiency in (Hooks, State management, Component lifecycle).
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, monitoring).
  • Expertise in Doctrine ORM.
  • Good understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Proficient with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of database systems (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
  • Understanding of containerization tools (Docker).
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with onsite teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills
:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools (PHPUnit, Jest, Cypress).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Team player with a proactive mindset.
