Overview: TheAEM/CQ5 Developer plays a crucial role in the organizationresponsible for developing implementing and supporting AEM/CQ5basedapplications. They collaborate closely with crossfunctional teamsto ensure the successful delivery of AEM/CQ5solutions.KeyResponsibilities:

• Design and developAEM/CQ5 components templates dialogs and workflows as per therequirements.
• Integrate AEM/CQ5 with variousapplications and systems using technologies such as Java JavaScriptHTML and CSS.
• Participate in the completesoftware development lifecycle including requirement analysisdesign development testing deployment andsupport.
• Create and maintain technicaldocumentation related to AEM/CQ5development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders togather and understand the business requirements and translate theminto technical solutions withinAEM/CQ5.
• Optimize and enhance the performanceof AEM/CQ5based applications.
• Customize andextend AEM/CQ5based solutions to meet specific businessneeds.
• Ensure the adherence to best practicesand development standards in AEM/CQ5development.
• Participate in code reviews andprovide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stayupdated with the latest AEM/CQ5 features and upgrades and evaluatetheir applicability to the existingsystems.
