YOU SHOULD
Be willing to work at our Studio in Bangalore
Be able to sensitively transfer design markups to 2D and 3D software such as AutoCAD and Revit
Be willing to lead the BIM department in India in cooperation with our international teams in Germany and Spain
Be able to create BIM models and AutoCAD plans in the field of architecture/lighting design
Be able to create luminaire families, component lists, and maintenance of project-specific databases in close cooperation with the project managers
Be able to create lighting plans in AutoCAD as well as luminaire details and project documentation based on office standards
Be able to coordinate project tasks on time and follow the quality standards defined both for BIM and AutoCAD
Take care of quality management, internal education, and technical support regarding office BIM standards, tools, and methods
FORMAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3 years of work experience working with BIM at an architecture/design/lighting design studio. Experience in the practical application of the BIM method and coordination in the field of architecture/lighting design.
Completed (technical) university education (bachelor/master), preferably in the field of architecture or design
Confident handling of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat Pro is essential. Knowledge of Rhino, 3ds Max, Twin motion, and Enscape is a bonus.
Effective communication and a grip on the English language are a must
A good grasp of concepts and a well-developed spatial imagination with a solution-driven attitude
A high degree of motivation, commitment, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team
