Our mission is to empower businesses by delivering reliable and effective cybersecurity, allowing clients to focus on growth with confidence.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Freelance SAP S/4 HANA Implementation Engineer to support end-to-end S/4 HANA program delivery. The consultant will be responsible for system configuration, solution design, integration, data migration, testing, and deployment using SAP Activate methodology. This role requires deep hands-on technical expertise and strong ability to collaborate with business and functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesS/4 HANA Technical ImplementationConfigure and optimize SAP S/4 HANA modules based on business requirements.Implement SAP Fiori apps, catalogs, groups, and role-based authorizations.Develop and enhance WRICEF components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).Utilize SAP HANA features: CDS Views, OData services, SQL Script, embedded analytics.Data Migration & IntegrationExecute end-to-end data migration using SAP Migration Cockpit and/or SAP Data Services (BODS).Create functional mapping sheets, validation rules, and manage reconciliation.Build and test integrations using IDocs, APIs, RFCs, and SAP CPI/SAP PO.Business Process AlignmentConduct fit-gap analysis and map business processes to S/4 best practices.Design To-Be processes for key streams (P2 P, O2 C, R2 R, P2 P).Provide guidance on standard vs. custom solutions.Project Execution (SAP Activate)Support project phases: Prepare → Explore → Realize → Deploy → Run.Participate in sprint planning, design workshops, UAT/SIT cycles, and cutover.Provide post-go-live hypercare and issue resolution.Communication & Change SupportPrepare functional documentation (FS/TS, RICEF specs, test scripts).Train key users and support change management initiatives.Collaborate closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience5–12+ years of SAP experience, with minimum 2 full-cycle S/4 HANA implementations.Strong expertise in at least one S/4 HANA module + understanding of cross-module integration.Hands-on experience with SAP HANA (CDS Views, OData, SQL Script).Proficiency with Migration Cockpit, BODS, LTMOM, LTMC.Strong integration experience (IDoc, API, CPI/PO).Excellent documentation and communication skills.Experience working with SAP Activate agile methodology.Preferred QualificationsSAP S/4 HANA certification.Exposure to SAP BTP, ML, RPA, BRF+.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus.
