: EnglishTechnical Requirement :Software Requirements:Mastery in .NET, .NET Core, WebAPI, RestApi.Proficiency in multithreading and real-time application development.Overall Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain client-server and distributed real-time applications.Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design.Category-wise Technical Skills:Core Development:Solid experience with .NET, .NET Core, and familiarity with the Unix/Linux environment.Strong skills in object-oriented design and development.Expertise in concurrency and high-volume server-side development.Data Management:Strong data analysis skills with an exceptional attention to detail.Development Methodologies:Experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle, particularly in Agile teams following Scrum methodology.Software Testing:Proficiency in various testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing.Experience:A proven track record of developing complex client-server, distributed, real-time applications.Hands-on experience with source code management solutions like Git, Stash, and continuous integration tools such as Team City.Day-to-Day Activities:Collaborate with team members to define system requirements and design solutions.Write clean, scalable, and documented code.Conduct thorough unit and performance testing of new features.Participate actively in code reviews and continuous improvement of development processes.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.Extensive experience in .NET and .NET Core development.Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment.Opportunities for personal and professional development.Competitive salary and benefits package.Involvement in innovative and challenging projects.Candidates interested in this position are invited to apply with a cover letter, resume, and any relevant certifications or work samples.Synechron is an equal opportunity employer.
