SKILL SET:Windows admin

QUALIFICATION: BE/B.TECH Graduates onlyJob Description:

ITIL Process Awareness (Incident, Change and Problem Management)Trained in Soft Skills and Business CommunicationStrong Analytical and Problem-Solving SkillsExcellent in Verbal and Written communicationWillingness and flexibility to learn new technologies, scale up quickly, and adapt to different roles as the situation demandsIncident, Problem & Service Request Management (Managing Incidents/Tasks/Problems within Service Level Agreement and ensuring that SLA is met, as expected)Prioritizing tickets to be resolved based on age and SLA criteriaPerform the below activities as per standard operating procedures
