The Customer Service Representative provides solutions to the customer while managing operational needs and collaborating closely with functional partners (Manufacturing, Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain, etc.) to meet company objectives.Responsibilities:Role Specific Responsibilities:Maintain a thorough knowledge of the businesses’ product manufacturing locations, broad applications and industries.Manage the Post Order requirements of customer with respect to but not limited to, timelines, quantity and quality of the product to be delivered.Work customer orders through Customer Service work processes and systems.Strengthen customer intimacy by developing solid relationships, understanding customer needs and delivering the necessary information with zero errors and in time.Coordinate activity with different manufacturing plants and the respective planners for customer accounts, proactively address issues within Aurorium and outside Aurorium with relevant customers, apply creativity to develop and implement solutions.Differentiate between customer requirements and Aurorium’ s capabilities; choose the best/cost effective solution.Contribute to the business goals, in particular for Customer Service.Coordinate between sales, manufacturing locations, planners and customers to ensure deliverables are met.
