Network Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Network Management: Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure, including SD-WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Security Administration: Implement and manage security measures such as IPsec, ensuring robust protection of network data and resources.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor network performance, optimizing configurations to improve speed, reliability, and security.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference and compliance purposes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to support the overall technology strategy and assist in the integration of new network-related technologies.
- Compliance: Ensure the network infrastructure complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Tracking VA/PT findings towards closer of the same.
- Upgrades and Patching: Manage the implementation of software and firmware upgrades, patches, and updates to network devices.
- User Support: Provide technical support to users experiencing network-related issues, ensuring swift resolution and high satisfaction.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for network hardware and software procurement, support, and maintenance along with ISP SLA Management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in network analysis and administration.
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of SD-WAN, firewall configurations, routing protocols, switching technologies, IPsec VPNs, and wireless networking.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, any Firewall certification or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in maintaining network documentation.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
