About the Role :

We are seeking a talented Backend Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining highly scalable distributed systems . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, cloud technologies, and a passion for building robust and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems to support our platform's growing needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Implement best practices for code quality, scalability, and performance optimization .

- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure system reliability and uptime.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in our backend architecture.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from IIT/NIT/BITS/IIIT , or related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in backend development with a focus on distributed systems .

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go .

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS , Azure, or GCP.

- Strong understanding of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities in a team-oriented environment.
