Candidate with experience of 8-15 years in production of Bedsheets, Curtains, Cushions, Comforter, Duvet, Quilt etc.
Home furnishing- Madeups Articles production planning & execution.
Creating new samples of products as per design & finishing details.
Developments of products as per Buyer's specifications & requirement.
Create Cut & stitch plan of product with minimum fabric consumption.
Optimization of fabric consumption to avoid wastage and make product cost effective.
Stitching styles & patterns development.
Costing of finish product.
Sending new samples to the buyer/customers on time.
Coordinate with merchandising and sales team for approvals of samples.
Also to take production sample approval.
Bulk production planning and timely execution
Coordinate with purchase team for fabrics/ trims and accessories.
Responsible for quality checks of raw materials & finish goods.
Inventory management and control.
Planning of resourses for every order.
Lead & guide to the team of Masters, tailors etc.
Handle Buyer audits.
Update the order status to Sales team & buyers on every stage.
Meet the shipment dates
Timely dispatch of goods to buyers.
Attend defects, complaints if any.
Report to Factory Head
