Job Description:

  • Strong fundamentals of Nonlinear FEA, Optimization for strength and stiffness targets.
    • Fatigue life estimations for parent metal and weld connections.
      • Strong fundamentals of Structural dynamics, Modal analysis and dynamic responses (FRF and Random excitations).
        • Full vehicle level NVH studies with point mobility and local dynamic stiffness expertise and optimizations for target frequencies and dynamic responses.
          • Intuitive understanding of structural mechanics and problem-solving attitude to come up with countermeasures with manufacturing and assembly feasibility.
            • Exposure to Multi-Body dynamics simulations with flex-body analysis is welcome.
