Position:

Senior Accounting ManagerWork Location:

Remotely from anywhere in India

Responsibilities:Manage a team of 4+ employees.Prepare and meticulously analyze financial statements in strict adherence to relevant accounting standards.Ensure precise and timely reporting of financial information to the management team.Expertly handle all facets of taxation, including the preparation and filing of tax returns, staying vigilant for changes in tax laws and regulations to maintain compliance.Coordinate and facilitate both internal and external audits, demonstrating a commitment to transparency and accuracy.Implement and uphold internal controls to safeguard the accuracy and integrity of financial data.Play a key role in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, contributing to the strategic planning of the organization.Monitor, analyze, and provide valuable recommendations on budget variances, actively contributing to financial performance optimization.Stay informed about changes in accounting and financial regulations, ensuring that our practices align with the latest standards.Identify and assess financial risks, developing and implementing proactive measures to mitigate potential challenges.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience showcasing a high level of expertise in accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex financial scenarios.A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.Strong communication in English and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

Work Schedule:6:30 PM IST - 4:00 AM IST Monday to Friday.
