  • A Hotelier (current or former) who has transitioned into real estate operations

  • One from strong experience in the real estate sector, particularly in customer-facing roles

  • Excellent customer handling skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Sound understanding of real estate operations and processes
  • Strong decision-making abilities; capable of working independently and managing day-to-day challenges
  • Should be able to guide and support facility team in operational matters.
  • Well-groomed and professional demeanor, with strong interpersonal communication skills

The ideal candidate should bring both industry knowledge and the right attitude to handle client interactions, internal coordination, and operational troubleshooting effectively.
