Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Full MERN Stack Developer with expertise in DevOps and Nest.js for creating microservices, to join our client team. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices solutions. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and other front-end and back-end technologies.


Key Responsibilities

  • MERN Stack Development:
  • Back End Development (Nest.js): Lead microservices architecture development, design RESTful APIs, and ensure performance and reliability.
  • Database Management: Use MongoDB for data storage, design, and optimize database schemas for microservices.
  • Front-End Collaboration: Work with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with microservices.
  • React.js Development: Develop interactive and responsive interfaces using React.js and optimize components for performance.
  • DevOps Responsibilities:
  • CI/CD: Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, integration, and deployment.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Use IaC principles for infrastructure automation with tools like Terraform.
  • Containerization and Orchestration: Use Docker for microservices packaging and Kubernetes for deployment and management.
  • Monitoring and Logging: Set up monitoring and logging to detect issues and optimize infrastructure.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement security measures for microservices and ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Collaboration and Mentoring:
  • Work with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain technical documentation for microservices architecture, APIs, and infrastructure.


Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience: 5+ years in full-stack development, MERN stack expertise.
  • Front-End Skills: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and other frameworks like Angular.
  • Back-End Skills: Expertise in Node.js, Express.js or Nest.js, and microservices architecture.
  • Database Management: Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
  • API Development: Proficient in RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  • Real-Time Communication: Experience with technologies like Socket.io.
  • Version Control: Proficiency in GitHub.
  • Testing: Experience with Jest, Karma, Selenium.
  • Other Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
