Job Summary:


GeeksforGeeks is seeking a talented Corporate Placement Coordinator Intern to join our team. The intern will be exposed to the end-to-end process of client interaction, candidate sourcing, and CV screening, contributing to their professional growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.

  • Conduct initial screenings of candidate resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication and a seamless interview process.

  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills in interactions with candidates, and stakeholders.

  • Utilize MS Excel for analysis to support recruitment activities and maintain accurate records.

  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, candidates, and external partners, fostering positive relationships and a supportive work environment.


Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.

  • Previous experience or coursework in HR, recruitment, or related fields preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
