Your expertise in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop will be essential for editing, retouching, and enhancing images across a variety of genres, including wedding, event, maternity, and family photography.This role is ideal for a creative professional who is passionate about bringing images to life and creating lasting visual memories for clients.Key Responsibilities:Curate and color-grade images to meet specific client preferences and project guidelines.Maintain consistency in style and quality across all edited images.Edit and enhance photos using a customized workflow in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.Perform advanced retouching in Photoshop to ensure a polished and professional final product.Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure alignment on creative vision and project objectives.Manage multiple projects effectively, meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.TimingsMonday to Saturday 8:45 AM - 6:45 PMThis is an on-site role. Preferred QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, including discussing technical details.2–3 years of experience in photo editing, retouching, graphic design, or visual arts is preferred. (Freshers with a strong aptitude for learning, discipline, and potential will also be considered.)Advanced proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, with hands-on experience of 2–3 years preferred.Bachelor's degree in any field.Proven ability to deliver high-quality, consistent results while adhering to project standards and deadlines.Expected QualitiesA sharp eye for color accuracy, composition, and overall visual aesthetics.Advanced knowledge and expertise in using Photoshop and Lightroom effectively.Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure flawless execution.Strong analytical abilities to evaluate and reproduce precise color tones.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for smooth client collaboration.The ability to multitask and efficiently manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Our StoryOODIO is the Finest Photography Post Production, Design, and Print Company.
