We are seeking a skilled Information Security Consultant to help organizations strengthen their cybersecurity posture, manage risks, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT audits, security assessments, and risk management, coupled with strong advisory skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct IT General Controls (ITGC) assessments including user access, change management, backup and recovery, and system configurations.
  • Perform IT Application Controls (ITAC) assessments and business process reviews to identify gaps and recommend remediation.
  • Assess and advise on cybersecurity risks, threats, and vulnerabilities, including cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 1/2, and SOX.
  • Develop and implement information security policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and penetration testing where applicable.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide actionable insights and support remediation efforts.
  • Stay up to date with emerging security threats, technologies, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of IT auditing processes, risk management, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in security assessments, ITGC/ITAC audits, and compliance audits.
  • Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and network security concepts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Experience with security tools, SIEM, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200, ₹2,000,000.00 per year
