This role demands deep expertise in React.js and modern frontend ecosystems, with a focus on performance optimization, responsive UI/UX, and seamless integration with backend systems.As a senior engineer, you’ll drive architecture and best practices, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class products.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end development of responsive, scalable web applications using React.jsArchitect and implement reusable components, hooks, and state management solutionsOptimize performance for large-scale apps (lazy loading, code splitting, caching strategies)Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver pixel-perfect, accessible interfacesIntegrate RESTful APIs, Graph QL, and third-party servicesEnsure cross-browser, cross-platform compatibility and responsive design principlesConduct code reviews, establish best practices, and guide junior engineersMaintain high standards of documentation, testing, and CI/CD practicesRequired Skills & Experience8–10+ years of professional frontend development experience5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js, Redux (or other state management libraries), and modern Java Script (ES6+)Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworksPerformance tuning for large-scale React applicationsExperience with REST APIs, Graph QL, and Web SocketsProficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel)Strong debugging and profiling skills (React Dev Tools, Lighthouse, Chrome Dev Tools)Preferred QualificationsExperience with Next.js for server-side rendering and SEO optimizationKnowledge of Type Script and strongly typed application developmentFamiliarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)Understanding of micro-frontends, design systems, or component librariesContributions to open-source React projects or frontend communitiesAbout Janaa (EOR)This role is offered through Janaa Consulting Services, a trusted Employer of Record (EOR).
